    Fill a jar or container with the buckwheat groats, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Mix to coat. 2. Add enough plant-based milk to cover the tops of the groats. Mix. 3. Let sit for 8 hours or overnight. In the morning, toss berries on top for an easy grab and go breakfast! 4.
